What is the delivery process?

  1. Place your order on highteacann.com for delivery with your address details.
  2. Once the order is placed, you will receive a text message confirmation.
  3. You will receive another text when your order has left for delivery.
  4. When the driver within 30, 15, & 5 minutes away, you will receive notifications as well. Please have your photo ID ready as the driver approaches.
  5. Once the delivery driver arrives, you will show your photo identification. Once the driver matches the order and id to you at the door, you will receive your order. Please note that if you live in a condo or apartment building, the order cannot be left with any building staff. You must come down to show identification and receive your order.
  6. Responsibly enjoy. Your highness awaits.

 What is the pickup process? 

  1. Place your order on highteacann.com. Select the pickup option.
  2. Once the order is placed, you will receive an text message confirmation.
  3. Once your order is ready to be picked up, we will send a notification.
  4. Head to the High Tea at 50 Kennedy Road South, Brampton, ON.
  5. You may wait at one of two pickup points: 1. Outside our storefront close to the McDonald’s or, 2. Inside the Kennedy Square mall outside the High Tea doors.
  6. If you drove and prepaid, you can call the store at 905-216-7778 and we can bring your order out to your car.
  7. Let the High Tea staff know your order information and provide photo identification.
  8. Head home. Your highness awaits.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We are working hard to make sure orders are delivered as quickly as possible. Orders within Brampton placed by 3 pm will be delivered the same day, otherwise orders can be delivered by the end of the day following the order date.

Where can I find the details of my order?

Once your order has been placed online, the order details will be sent in a confirmation text message or email. If you do not see any order confirmation, check your spam folder or call us for more information.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you will not be home during your delivery time, please call us to let us know and we can arrange another time for drop off. Otherwise we will deliver your order as soon as we can the following day.

What if I can’t pick up today?

If you are unable to pick up your order before 8 pm closing time, please call us and we can arrange for pickup the following day.
